Getting married and becoming a mother at the tender age of eighteen, Sakura had no choice but to mature early. These last few years she has calmed down some, she still has mood swings but having to chase after a four year-old has forced her to calm down and concentrate on raising her child instead. Being married to Sasori for four years she has lost some of her "innocence" and are more serious nowadays. You can say that they have balanced each other out – Sasori has gotten softer these last few years and Sakura is more serious and down to Earth than she was before.
She and Sasori are happily married, or as happy as one can be; they still have their up and downs but with the help of their love for each other they get through it all.
Sakura missed some of high school when she gave birth to the baby, so she’s gotten a bit behind the others in terms of education - but now she's studying hard to become a veterinarian. Helping out at PetKo she realized that working with animals was what she wanted to do.
With her studying and Sasori working at his and Deidara's joint gallery, they are very busy but still have time to spend on each other and on their child. Against all odds Sasori and Sakura are actually living a pretty normal family life.
